LECTURE OF SPIRITUALITY AND PEACE

Worthless items; source of benediction:
1. Think about acts of benediction. I saw a man; instead of throwing away used pens, he would give them to young poor children to play with. He would not garbage empty perfume bottles and instead gave them to poor kids to play with those fragranced bottles. He would pass on his old shoes prior of them going bad; someone could use it and pray for him. Narrated: ‘Till your clothes would be on someone’s body, and as long as it would be used, Allah will spare you from punishment’. These are acts of benediction.
2. I went to a house. There I saw rows of shoes and the shoes had twisted. I said the same to them. Allah has given you uncomplicated life and gifted you with plentiful luxuries, give it to the poor.
3. One gentleman took me to his home and he had a beautiful house. He opened his wardrobe and showed it to me. He had approx 100-150 suits. I asked him, “How many do you wear?” He said that usually I use 5-6. I told him to give the rest away. Yes! Charity them. Allah will give you more and will give you better. Take them and give them to the poor and needy; Allah will give you more. Yes! Keep what is needed and give the rest. This in an act of benediction.
4. One righteous female gave ten eggs in the path of ALLAH i.e. she helped someone. The next day, one gentleman came to give her eggs. The tray was filled with eggs. She asked her maid to count. The maid counted and told her that they were 99 eggs; 1 was less. The woman asked her to return them; the eggs should have been 100. It was then revealed that she the maid had hid one; the sender had sent 100 eggs.
Sunnah for washroom; source of benediction:
My dear friends! Think about acts of benediction which will bless you. Going to the washroom by following the sunnah is an act of benediction; diseases escape; worries come to an end. If the sunnahs are not followed while visiting the washroom, then incurable diseases will attack. One seer told me that he had met a lot of genies who say that we, satanic genies, reside in the washroom. Whoever comes to us against the sunnah and does not recite the prayer, incurable diseases instigate like cancer which has no cure in the whole world. Adopt acts of benediction, tasbeehat of benediction, and make them a part of your being; a part of your lives. I am swearing upon Allah, your life will beautify. Allah will accommodate the system of the universe for us through His hidden treasures.
Cock-crow and recitation of the Quran:
a) You will witness how Allah will accommodate the system of universe for us; see how Allah will open the doors of blessing and benedictions. At what times prayer is accepted? One man told me that he was offering tahajjud prayer when he heard cockcrowing. I thought excellent. Now is the time for blessing. Now is the time for presence. My Prophet Muhammad PBUH said (summary) as mentioned in ‘Hayat-Ul-Haiwan’: “When the cock crows, then the door of blessing opens and whatever is asked for, is granted”. It is the meaning of another hadith that Prophet Muhammad kept a rooster along with him and said that cocks wake up others for tahajjud prayer. Find moments of blessings as to which moments are of benediction.
b) If there is an abstruse, worry, distress, grief, or pain then it is said either to recite Surah Yasin or the first verse of Surah Aale-Imran, from asar prayer till maghrib prayer. Then when he hears the adhan, he should prostrate as prostration can be done at that time, and pray to Allah. It is narrated that even seven Fridays will not pass and Allah will ease his problem.
Small acts; bigger benedictions:
What are the times of blessings? These are few benediction things:
1. Sadqa is an act of benediction
2. Prayer made in the last part of the night is an act of benediction
3. Staying in the condition of ablution through out the day in an act of benediction
4. Making a habit of saying salam in home is an act of benediction. Both men and women should do salam. Say salam to each other and Allah will make their welfare obligatory & open doors of blessings for them. Get doors of benediction be opened for yourselves.
5. Prophet Muhammad PBUH said, “(meaning). There is a moment on Fridays in which whatever asked for is granted”. According to most Muhadseen, that moment is between asar prayer and maghrib whereas others say its when the muezzin is giving azan and the sun has set completely.
6. Acquire blessings amongst your attire.
7. Attain benediction of your thinking.
8. Obtain blessing of your sight.
9. Have benediction of your prayers.
My dear friends! This thing has big value near Allah. Keep looking for it; always.
Make your acts a ‘BENEDICTION MAGNET’:
I was heading to Taxila from Rawalpindi. I saw a men looking down and pulling something along. Brigadier Amjad was accompanying me. He was inquisitive about it. When we had crossed that place, he asked me that dint I see the man had tied a magnet to the rope and was searching for iron, both right and left on the road. He was also looking for the iron as well. He would go on for miles in the hope that somewhere iron would stick to the magnet. I wondered why search so much for iron? It would feed him as he would sell the iron. (To be continued)

Respeted Hakeem Sahab. AOA. I pray a lot for you from the bottom of my heart. I thank Allah for showing me the right path. When I leave after the dars, I look forward to attend the next session. I take along with me the tranquility and peace for the whole week. Swear upon Allah, my home has filled with serenity. There are no fights, no tensions; it is as if there has been magic. Now I am only worried for my children; they do not come toward salat; they offer it now and then but are not regular. Hakeem Sahab! I was a patient of low blood pressure. I was given drip in which there used to be 5-6 injections. Then I was injected for sleep. Now my condition was such that even after sleeping injections, I could not sleep as my body had become so used to it. Since I started attending your lectures and performing acts, I do not need any injection or drip; been a year now. [A sister]
